Best Brisket?

Since I started cooking on my Big Green Egg, I don't think I've done a bad brisket but some are certainly better than the others. Recently, I began trimming my brisket more agressively. The difference that has made is the waste is handled prior to cooking rather than after. And I think I like it better that way.
Pre-cook trimming aside, this week's brisket might be one of the best that I've ever done. I cooked it the same way that I always do, but pulled it just a tad earlier. This one sliced like butter. I could hardly quit sampling it while I carved it up.
So with greasy fingers, I pulled my iPhone from my pocket and snapped this picture of what could be the best brisket ever!
Drop my a note and let me know about your best brisket.
Cheers,
Braddog

Im no pit master, but your brisket looks a bit dry. I know looks can be deceiving though. It must be somewhat tender b/c of how thick you've sliced it. The smokering doesn't look real deep but who cares as long it taste good right?
