Grill and Barrel

I don’t cook competitively, I don’t cater (though I’ve thought about it), and I don’t own a restaurant.  But that doesn’t mean that I can’t work on turning out the best BBQ that I can.  And it doesn’t mean that I don’t have access to the same tools and ingredients as those folks who do participate in the aforementioned endeavors.

So pull up a stool, and sit back while we work on perfecting our technique.  Heck, we may even have a little fun along the way.
